There is some mystery about ballet. We see these beautiful delicate ballerinas almost unreal floating in space with strong partners manly moving to music. It is indeed magic!
Despite the fact that the performers all seems easy, in reality, this form of dance can be a challenge to learn everything. Physical fitness and stamina are a must for long-term performances. Added this is the fact that agility and flexibility necessary to perform the required movements.
For this reason, the man famous and ballet dancers begin to learn when they are very small, usually around 4 years of age. The muscles and joints should generally be allowed to grow at a steady pace to be able to dance.
