A ballet tutu is a skirt worn as a costume in a ballet, often with attached bodice. This layer may be unique, pendants, or layers Multiple starched and bragging rights. It tends to add a floating point when ballerinas dance in them.

Classical Tutu (bell): A short, stiff skirt made with layers of netting with a slight bell shape and fitted bodice. It extends outward from hips and do not use a wired hoop. It is usually more of a classic (pancake) Tutu. They are used in the paintings of famous ballet by Degas.

The skirt is loosely tacked to give a softer, fuller appearance. This style was originally designed for the ballet version of Georges Bizet Symphony in C. She gained a reputation emblematic.

The tutu word may be a corruption of Cucu, baby talk French for cul-cul-meaning roughly "Botty-wotty" (for low) [citation needed]. Alternatively, it may result from tulle, tutus material are often made.
